About us
Michels and Ruppert
We have known each other for over thirty years and combine our long-standing coaching expertise with almost twenty years of management experience in international corporations. We have established our own firm in 2008 and are centrally located in Germany in the strong industrial region called the Wuppertal - Remscheid - Solingen “City Triangle”. From here, we operate regionally as well as nationwide depending on customer projects. In addition, we participate to regional and international trade associations.
Within our projects, we are strong implementers focused on tangible business results. Our project approach is based on Solution Oriented Coaching with our REMICS methodology since we find it to be most effective in providing long-term business results. During implementation of our larger programs, we employ standard project management methods in order to ensure quality and transparency for the client and stay within time and budget for each of our projects.
