We start out by getting an in-depth understanding of your goals and expectations. Only after we have clarified your objectives, deliverables and scope of the project we can develop a detailed budget and schedule of planned activities. This will be the basis for implementation and may be used to harmonize activities with your other change projects or integration activities going on in parallel during the agreed time frame.

Our regular project reports and milestone updates will provide you as a client complete transparency throughout the project. Nevertheless, complete confidentiality about the content of individual coaching sessions is maintained at all times and basis for a continued successful co-operation of all program participants.
