ILP - Integrated Solution Oriented Coaching
We perform our coaching based on the concept of ILP® after Dr. Friedmann. ILP is a unique combination of Solution Oriented Coaching and Appreciative inquiry together with advanced concepts of depth psychology and systemic approaches. Its main focus is not on issues from the past, but instead uses a customized approach based on competencies of the individual personality. The entire process consists of three distinct methods:
Solution and Resource Oriented Coaching
In discussions with the coachee we jointly construct solutions which are customized to the strengths and resources of the individual. As coaches we
utilize specific tool sets from the Solutions Oriented Coaching and Appreciative Inquiry approach to find out how to strengthen those ‘positive
differences’ in the client to support the solution - not the problem!
Advanced concepts in Depth Psychology (NLP - Neurolinguistic Programming)
The coach enables the Coachee to understand to what extent our attitudes from the past influence our self perception today. Together we explore whether
these convictions are still helpful today and substitute them by positive self-concepts and can-do attitudes.
Systemic approach to coaching
We all live in systems - be it at work, in our families or in society. Every individual assumes roles and positions according to their preferences and
potential – which triggers interactions. However, we often experience conflict when the needs of all participants are not fully considered or met.
These conflicts deplete our strength and can take up all of our energy. We interrupt this process and utilize the energy in a positive way to
construct a positive solution.
The validity and effectiveness of the systemic approach has been scientifically recognized in Germany since 2008.
Systemic Coaching is scientifically recognized since 2008!
