Marion Ruppert

I am a certified Coach and Trainer focused on management development, change management, key account management and sales management.

After completion of my studies in Business Management in Cologne, Germany, I spent seventeen years working in the international pharmaceutical industry with companies like Sanofi-Aventis and Synthelabo. Throughout my management career I was successful on a national level as regional sales manager. I know the implications of restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, staffing and personnel reduction as well as the implementation of a new company culture from my daily experience as line manager and team leader.

You can expect to capitalize on my strengths in new business development, the implementation of new sales organizations, and in forging coherent and effective sales teams. In my sales trainings and coaching programs, coachees will benefit from my long-standing experience in building effective customer relationships and in successful key account management.

I am certified as ILP-Coach and have successfully completed several other coaching programs. Within our team, my core competencies are in management development, sales management, team development and communication.

I conduct coachings and trainings in both English and German.
