Profiling

There is not one single right way of managing a situation. It is always best if you as an individuals find and select your own strategies for action and act in an authentic and adequate manner. As a basis for all or coaching work we first develop personality profiles of each coachee or team member. The profiles reflect individual preferences in communication, motivation, decision making, relation to others and action. This is what we call profiling.

In Profiling we we distinguish between different personality types. While one colleague may prefer to communicate and act based on factual information, another may prefer to ask experts or call a meeting in order to arrive at a solution that is accepted by all. And a third person might prefer to rely on their professional experience and intuition when taking decisions. This triadic base structure will be further differentiated according to beliefs, perceptions, values and action strategies.

Based on this information we design custom coaching programs which will meet your stated objectives with specific content, components and a customized sequence of coaching sessions.
