REMICS Coaching System

We work according to REMICS the Resource Motivated Integrated Coaching System developed by Michels and Ruppert.

ourOur REMICS programs starts out with clarifying the specific objectives of the coaching with the client. After that, we perform a detailed profiling of the coachee and customize an individual sequence of Solution Oriented Coaching sessions. We then combine techniques from Appreciative Inquiry with specific tools for analysis and visualization to complete our systemic approach. In the final closeout session we recap results and firm up the way forward together with the coachee. Sometimes, a single coaching session can make all the difference! However, in our experience, we have seen that four to six coaching sessions are optimal to achieve specific objectives.

Change management projects are comprised of five phases: clarification phase, analysis phase, specification phase, implementation phase and review phase. In the clarification phase, we aim to understand exactly what your requirements are as client. Following that, we conduct a structured analysis as well as profiling for potential coachees. Based on this information we develop an implementation and quality assurance plan detailing which combination of personal coaching, team coaching, team building and workshops will achieve project objectives. After receiving a go-ahead from you as a client and agreeing communication and reporting throughout the project we begin to put plans into practice. During the review phase we give you detailed feedback with regard to project progress and completion of agreed objectives.

Complete confidentiality will be maintained at all times with regard to the actual content of individual and team coaching sessions.
